Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. All sales are final, so please be certain of your ticket selection prior to purchasing. All tickets must be purchased online prior to performance. Barcodes must be shown at the door (either printed or on a mobile device).

Please don't purchase a wheelchair seat or a wheelchair assistant seat (row A) unless you or someone in your party has mobility issues and requires this seating.

The performance will begin promptly at the time stated on the ticket. The show runs approximately 1 hour. Latecomers will be seated at the usher's discretion. 

The roles of Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Weselton, Young Anna, Middle Anna and Young Elsa are double-cast. Those actors will appear in all 4 performances, but will only perform their featured role in 2 of those performances. Here are the dates when the double-cast actors will perform their role:

Friday, June 14th at 7:30pm

Saturday, June 15th at 7:30pm

"Icicle"cast (Margaret, Teagan, Constantin, Charlotte Z, Clare & Kathleen) performs:

Saturday, June 15th at 2:00pm

Sunday, June 16th at 2:00pm

All performers not listed above will perform their roles in all 4 shows.
